The customer needed a hydraulic power unit to drive a hydraulic motor, also supplied and sized by Hydroservice s.p.a. This motor was essential to turn the main plant mixer, a crucial element in ensuring material homogeneity during the production process. The importance of this power unit went beyond simple operation; it had to ensure maximum operational efficiency to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted production process.
The design of the power pack had to consider stringent dimensional constraints, which posed a significant challenge. To ensure high performance and reliability, Hydroservice used advanced technologies and high-quality materials. Each component was carefully selected to withstand severe operating conditions and ensure that the power pack would operate continuously and safely.
In ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) production facilities, the mixer plays a crucial role in ensuring the homogeneity of the material. This device is essential to ensure that the various components of the polymer are mixed uniformly.
In order for the mixer to operate properly, it must work accurately. This is the only way to ensure homogeneous distribution of materials, avoiding defects in the final product.

Hydroservice s.p.a. has designed and supplied a high-performance hydraulic power unit, capable of operating in extreme conditions.
The control unit is intended for installation in India, in an area classified for exposure Zone 2, Group IIB, T4, making it necessary to select components certified according to the Indian CCOE/PESO regulation.
To guarantee the right torque and rotation speed of the mixer, top-of-the-range components with maximum performance levels have been used.
The pumps and hydromotor, selected in collaboration with partner Bosch Rexroth, offer flow rates of 515 l/min at 310 bar, ensuring reliability and excellent performance.
The hydraulic power pack supplied by Hydroservice s.p.a. exceeded the customer's expectations, fully meeting the specific requirements and ensuring precise and reliable operation of the mixer in the production plant. Thanks to the use of high-quality components, the control unit was able to deliver high performance even under extreme operating conditions, thus ensuring maximum efficiency of the production process.
