Finish and manufacturing quality: a tradition dating back to 1975

Hydroservice is among the first companies in Italy to have introduced perfectly deburred and cleaned hydraulic manifolds, a practice dating almost back to 1975 that has since become an industry standard.

Behind this achievement lies a rigorous production process: deburring is performed manually by specialized operators, trained through continuous development programs, and calibrated according to the size and complexity of each individual block.

At the end of the process, every manifold undergoes a certified cleaning and washing cycle, ensuring the complete absence of machining residues in the internal channels — a critical requirement for the correct functioning of the hydraulic system and the longevity of downstream components.

Quality does not stop at the surface finish.
Hydroservice works with a wide range of materials — from GG25 and GGG40 cast irons to C45 and SS316L stainless steels, through to high-performance alloys such as Inconel 625/825 and Hastelloy C276 — each paired with the most suitable surface treatment: nitrocarburizing and phosphating for steels and cast irons, natural or hard anodizing for aluminum blocks.

The result is a ready-to-install product that requires no additional machining during assembly and meets the most stringent industrial quality standards.
