Hydroservice designs and manufactures hydraulic manifolds of any size and material thanks to dedicated software that enables the engineering team to use the 3D model directly within the CAM system, ensuring higher quality and efficiency. The company has been among the first in Italy to supply perfectly deburred and clean hydraulic manifolds since 1975. Staff are involved in continuous training programmes to maintain quality standards at the highest levels. Thanks to its extensive library of hydraulic component models, Hydroservice is able to provide technical responses quickly.
Hydroservice panels are monobloc and modular hydraulic blocks, designed for the mounting of CETOP03, CETOP05, CETOP07 and CETOP08 valves – in customised configurations. Thanks to the ability to link blocks from the same series — ranging from compact GN06 sizes to high-flow GN25 sizes — it is possible to construct complex control circuits starting from individual components: base panels, intermediate modules, pressure and flow regulators, accumulator connections, shut-off and short-circuit plates, as well as conversion plates for different sizes. Manufactured from hydraulic cast iron or carbon steel with a phosphated finish, Hydroservice panels cover a pressure range up to 315–350 bar and flow rates up to 400 l/min, ensuring reliable hydraulic sealing and reduced assembly times compared to traditional piped circuits.
Hydroservice designs and manufactures a wide range of hydraulic components and valves made entirely of AISI 316L, built to withstand the most severe conditions: Off-Shore and On-Shore Oil&Gas applications, petrochemical plants, extreme environments and corrosive process fluids. The range includes directional valves, check valves and pressure reducing valves, along with numerous other solutions designed to meet specific application needs.
Not only hydraulic installations, but complete and integrated solutions for laboratory tests. Mechanics, hydraulics, automation, control and data acquisition to study and model an innovative system for drilling in the Oil&Gas sector. The FRT test chamber is a device able to create the sticking condition due to differential pressure and investigate the type and the amplitude of forcing that allow the detachment of the sticking zone.
Design and implementation of two plants for the same line for the control of a continuous woodworking press, through which wood panels are produced for various sectors.
The control unit performs the most classic of applications, namely the hydraulic control for locking and unlocking the equipment of a machining center. But in this case the difference, or rather the innovation, is given by the type of instrumentation and the connection method between the control unit and the electrical control panel of the machine.
The challenge: To design a hydraulic block that was as compact as possible, so that the cabinet intended to house it was of limited size, and to make 90 copies of it. Reducing the footprint also means reducing weight and costs. We succeeded by betting everything on three pillars: the passion for what we do, our experience and teamwork.

An essential component of modern hydraulic systems, hydraulic manifolds, also known as distributor blocks, are designed to direct and control the flow of fluid in a hydraulic system, ensuring it is properly regulated and distributed. From the Second World War to multidisciplinary applicationsHydraulic manifolds were first used during World War II when mass production demands required quick and effective solutions for hydraulic flow control. Over the years, hydraulic manifolds have been used in a wide variety of applications including the automotive, aerospace, agriculture, construction industries and many more. The power of high pressure flow managementHydraulic manifolds offer many technological advantages over other flow control solutions. One of the main advantages is their ability to handle high pressure fluid flows. This makes them ideal for applications where a large amount of force is required, such as construction equipment, tractors and trucks. In addition, hydraulic manifolds offer greater reliability than other flow control solutions, and because they are designed to be rugged and durable, they can operate reliably even in harsh environments such as dirt, dust or vibration. Versatility and customization for each application Hydraulic manifolds are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and configurations. However, most hydraulic manifolds consist of a solid block of metal that contains a system of channels, holes, and ports that allow fluid to enter and exit the system. As for the materials, the blocks are usually made of metal alloys, such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, aluminum, cast iron, etc. Hydraulic manifolds can be customized to meet the specific needs of each application. This means they can be designed to handle fluid flows at varying pressures and volumes, depending on the application. The design of hydraulic manifolds must allow for the possibility of replacing components in emergency situations. In addition, manifold components must be easily accessible for maintenance and repair.
