Custom hydraulic manifolds

Custom hydraulic manifolds

Hydroservice designs and manufactures hydraulic manifolds of any size and material thanks to dedicated software that enables the engineering team to use the 3D model directly within the CAM system, ensuring higher quality and efficiency. The company has been among the first in Italy to supply perfectly deburred and clean hydraulic manifolds since 1975. Staff are involved in continuous training programmes to maintain quality standards at the highest levels. Thanks to its extensive library of hydraulic component models, Hydroservice is able to provide technical responses quickly.

Hydraulic blocks

Hydraulic blocks

Hydroservice panels are monobloc and modular hydraulic blocks, designed for the mounting of CETOP03, CETOP05, CETOP07 and CETOP08 valves – in customised configurations. Thanks to the ability to link blocks from the same series — ranging from compact GN06 sizes to high-flow GN25 sizes — it is possible to construct complex control circuits starting from individual components: base panels, intermediate modules, pressure and flow regulators, accumulator connections, shut-off and short-circuit plates, as well as conversion plates for different sizes. Manufactured from hydraulic cast iron or carbon steel with a phosphated finish, Hydroservice panels cover a pressure range up to 315–350 bar and flow rates up to 400 l/min, ensuring reliable hydraulic sealing and reduced assembly times compared to traditional piped circuits.

Clamping sleeves

Clamping sleeves

Thanks to a body made of bronze, steel, or special alloys with longitudinal fissures and a hydraulic working principle based on fluid pressurization, our sleeves achieve high clamping force even at low pressure, while maintaining smaller sizes compared to traditional solutions. Employed in boring spindles, rotating tables, milling heads, lathes and injection presses, Hydroservice sleeves minimize vibrations and mechanical play, increasing machining accuracy and long-term reliability. Every solution can be custom-sized, based on shaft diameter, available pressure, and the customer's specific application requirements.

Mobile power plant

Mobile power plant

The Hydroservice Mobile Unit has a 300-liter tank capacity and is equipped with a visual oil level indicator, for immediate monitoring of the system's conditions. Return-line filtration to the tank is at 10 microns, with a visual filter clogging indicator, ensuring the hydraulic circuit stays clean over time. The unit is also designed to accommodate a hydraulic fluid contamination measuring instrument, useful for setting up timely preventive maintenance. The tank return couplings are free of back-pressure, making maintenance operations quicker and easier, while the unit is equipped with an air filter and a filler plug for topping up the oil. The Mobile Unit is designed for use with HLP hydraulic oils and is employed for actuator handling and static-pressure testing of hydraulic components, across numerous industrial sectors. It is mounted on wheels, for easy movement and positioning on site or in the workshop. The design incorporates an air-oil heat exchanger integrated into the pump unit's lantern bracket, ensuring optimal operation even in demanding environmental conditions. The unit is also designed to accommodate an electric oil heating element, paired with a resistance thermometer for temperature measurement, ensuring precise control of the hydraulic fluid. The Hydroservice Mobile Unit is available both for rental, for temporary needs, and in a custom-built version for direct purchase.

Inox valves hand pump

Inox valves hand pump

Hydroservice designs and manufactures a wide range of hydraulic components and valves made entirely of AISI 316L, built to withstand the most severe conditions: Off-Shore and On-Shore Oil&Gas applications, petrochemical plants, extreme environments and corrosive process fluids. The range includes directional valves, check valves and pressure reducing valves, along with numerous other solutions designed to meet specific application needs.

Nitrogen booster

Nitrogen booster

The Nitrogen Booster is used to load accumulators — individually or within an HPU — with nitrogen at the correct preloading pressure, transferring gas from the cylinder to the accumulator down to a minimum pressure of 20 bar in the cylinder itself. The nitrogen preloading pressure of bag and piston accumulators must be checked periodically (approximately every 3-6 months) and, if necessary, corrected to the required value. These checking and refilling operations must be carried out without back-pressure on the oil side: for this reason, before working on the accumulator, the oil side must be disabled and drained using the manual cut-off and decompression valve. The Nitrogen Booster is connected to the electrical system and to the nitrogen cylinder via the "IN PB" coupling, and to the accumulator to be refilled via a hose connected to the "OUT ACC" coupling. It is also available in the Ex Model (ATEX) version, for use in explosive atmospheres.

Clamping discs

Clamping discs

Hydroservice clamping discs are the simplest and most cost-effective solution for clamping mobile devices such as slides, traverses, and wagons, ensuring maximum reliability. Made of a bronze body and an NBR gasket joined through vulcanization, they work through fluid pressurization: the disc lifts slightly off its seat and adheres to the element to be clamped, generating the friction force needed for clamping, with no moving parts and therefore no wear.
