Production capacity

Industrial organization and process control

Hydroservice’s production operations are designed to transform technical designs into hydraulic systems that are manufactured, assembled, and tested in accordance with specific application, quality, and documentation requirements.

The new production facility was designed to optimize material and information flows, increase operational capacity, and integrate industrial processes, information systems, and quality control.

Assembly and integration

In Hydroservice’s production departments, hydraulic components, structural steelwork, piping, valves, accumulators, and control systems are assembled and integrated according to project specifications.

Each system is managed with careful attention to technical configuration, accessibility, assembly quality, and alignment with project documentation.

System assembly

Assembly of hydraulic power units, skids, packages, and custom systems based on layouts, schematics, and technical project specifications.

Piping and connections

Fabrication and integration of piping, connections, hydraulic lines, and functional system components.

Components and sub-assemblies

Handling of valves, pumps, accumulators, filters, manifolds, and hydraulic sub-assemblies according to the required configuration.

Final integration

Verification of alignment between components, assembly, accessibility, documentation, and the project's application requirements.

Testing and quality control

Functional checks, test parameters, and conformity verification.

Each system undergoes functional checks and verification prior to delivery, with a focus on compliance with technical specifications, contract requirements, and anticipated operating conditions.

Acceptance testing makes it possible to verify performance, seal integrity, component operation, and assembly consistency, while gathering the information needed to complete the project's technical documentation.

Construction standards and compliance

Materials, workmanship, and inspections in accordance with the standards required by the contract.

Hydroservice’s manufacturing operations adhere to construction specifications defined by the project design, the application sector, and the target market, with a focus on materials, components, welding, inspections, and documentation requirements.

Depending on the specific order, systems can be manufactured in compliance with international standards and requirements such as CE, ATEX, IECEx, EAC, FM, INMETRO, CSA, UL, KOSHA, and JIS, as well as applicable standards for welding and non-destructive testing.

Materials and components

Management of materials, structural steelwork, hydraulic components, and sub-assemblies based on technical specifications and anticipated operating conditions.

Manufacturing specifications

Production activities follow project guidelines, drawings, operating procedures, and construction requirements defined for the specific order.

Welding and inspections

Where applicable, manufacturing processes and inspections are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and requirements specified by the industry or the client.

Construction compliance

Each system undergoes verification regarding configuration, installed components, quality requirements, and reference technical documentation.
