Environment and Ethics

Our growth is closely linked to that of the world in which we operate.

Doing business in open and competitive markets requires constant attention, balancing environmental and social sustainability, production and the interests of stakeholders.

Doing business means shaping a culture: a polytechnic culture that brings together scientific, technological and humanistic knowledge.

Creativity, sensitivity, precision and passion are the principles on which Hydroservice is founded and which guide our future.

"We are committed to translating the principles of sustainable development into real actions and projects, to realise the future we envision."

A constant commitment

We protect the environment, health and safety in the workplace

Knowledge of and compliance with health and safety regulations is a priority for everyone who works for or with us.

We encourage responsible behaviour to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, partners and collaborators.

A strong sense of ethics, respect for individuals, professionalism, transparency and reliability are the values that guide us and that we promote amongst everyone working with Hydroservice.

Sustainability and Progress

Solutions and tools for balancing growth and responsibility.

Hydroservice constantly analyses new market demands, exploring innovative technologies that combine sustainability with progress. Corporate sustainability is not just about reducing waste and costs: it means paying attention to raw materials, employees and stakeholder management, in order to build a robust and responsible value chain.

For this reason, Hydroservice is a member of Open-es, a community open to all companies wishing to grow in line with the principles of sustainability, where each can share its strengths and benefit from the best practices of other participants — whether they are suppliers, customers or potential customers.

An increasingly essential approach

Every resource and every stage of the production process has a value that must be preserved, not wasted.

The circular economy rests on three pillars: waste reduction, extending the useful life of products, and recycling — where the waste of one process becomes the raw material of another.

At Hydroservice, this translates into:

  • careful maintenance of hydraulic fluids to reduce malfunctions and environmental impact;
  • energy efficiency as a concrete way to cut waste;
  • extending the lifespan of components, moving away from a throwaway mindset;
  • effective recycling of used oil — bearing in mind that producing one kilogram of new oil costs the environment approximately 700–800 grams of CO₂.

Photovoltaic system

Renewable energy produced where it is consumed, certified by TÜV SÜD.

We have installed a solar power system to optimize energy production and reduce energy consumption costs. Solar energy is inexhaustible, renewable, and generated right where it is consumed—eliminating transportation costs and energy losses.

Our energy supply is covered by Guarantees of Origin and certified by TÜV SÜD, an internationally recognized certification body. Because protecting the planet is not an individual battle, but a collective one.
