Custom hydraulic manifolds

Hydroservice designs and manufactures hydraulic manifolds of any size and material thanks to dedicated software that enables the engineering team to use the 3D model directly within the CAM system, ensuring higher quality and efficiency. The company has been among the first in Italy to supply perfectly deburred and clean hydraulic manifolds since 1975. Staff are involved in continuous training programmes to maintain quality standards at the highest levels. Thanks to its extensive library of hydraulic component models, Hydroservice is able to provide technical responses quickly.

Clamping sleeves

Thanks to a body made of bronze, steel, or special alloys with longitudinal fissures and a hydraulic working principle based on fluid pressurization, our sleeves achieve high clamping force even at low pressure, while maintaining smaller sizes compared to traditional solutions. Employed in boring spindles, rotating tables, milling heads, lathes and injection presses, Hydroservice sleeves minimize vibrations and mechanical play, increasing machining accuracy and long-term reliability. Every solution can be custom-sized, based on shaft diameter, available pressure, and the customer's specific application requirements.

Clamping discs

Hydroservice clamping discs are the simplest and most cost-effective solution for clamping mobile devices such as slides, traverses, and wagons, ensuring maximum reliability. Made of a bronze body and an NBR gasket joined through vulcanization, they work through fluid pressurization: the disc lifts slightly off its seat and adheres to the element to be clamped, generating the friction force needed for clamping, with no moving parts and therefore no wear.

Mechanics, hydraulics, automation, control and data acquisition to study and model an innovative system for drilling in the Oil&Gas sector. The FRT test chamber is a device able to create the sticking condition due to differential pressure and investigate the type and the amplitude of forcing that allow the detachment of the sticking zone.

A new cad/cam system

Constantly growing, Hydroservice has improved its technologies, introducing a new CAD/CAM system that allow to operate on a wide range of processes using a world leading 5 axis technology and a postprocessor capable of performing all milling and turning operations. Following the update, integrated with our CAD systems, the machining processes are safe thanks to the detailed simulation and a complete collision check, in order to exploit the full potential of our machine tools.

When the project requires it, we integrate electrical components, sensors, control logic, and monitoring systems to make the hydraulic system easier to manage, safer, and aligned with the plant's operational needs. Our goal is to develop solutions capable of monitoring functional parameters, performing diagnostics, collecting data, and integrating with connected industrial environments, including IoT and Industry 4.0 applications. Sensors We integrate sensors and control devices to measure pressure, flow rates, temperature, levels, and other system parameters. Monitoring We implement solutions for supervising operational data, supporting operational control, diagnostics, and maintenance. Control Logic We assist in defining functional and safety logic based on the hydraulic system architecture and operating conditions. IoT and Industry 4.0 When required by the project, we develop systems designed for data collection, monitoring, and integration with the client's digital infrastructure.
