The Hydroservice Mobile Unit has a 300-liter tank capacity and is equipped with a visual oil level indicator, for immediate monitoring of the system's conditions. Return-line filtration to the tank is at 10 microns, with a visual filter clogging indicator, ensuring the hydraulic circuit stays clean over time. The unit is also designed to accommodate a hydraulic fluid contamination measuring instrument, useful for setting up timely preventive maintenance. The tank return couplings are free of back-pressure, making maintenance operations quicker and easier, while the unit is equipped with an air filter and a filler plug for topping up the oil. The Mobile Unit is designed for use with HLP hydraulic oils and is employed for actuator handling and static-pressure testing of hydraulic components, across numerous industrial sectors. It is mounted on wheels, for easy movement and positioning on site or in the workshop. The design incorporates an air-oil heat exchanger integrated into the pump unit's lantern bracket, ensuring optimal operation even in demanding environmental conditions. The unit is also designed to accommodate an electric oil heating element, paired with a resistance thermometer for temperature measurement, ensuring precise control of the hydraulic fluid. The Hydroservice Mobile Unit is available both for rental, for temporary needs, and in a custom-built version for direct purchase.
Design and implementation of two plants for the same line for the control of a continuous woodworking press, through which wood panels are produced for various sectors.
The control unit performs the most classic of applications, namely the hydraulic control for locking and unlocking the equipment of a machining center. But in this case the difference, or rather the innovation, is given by the type of instrumentation and the connection method between the control unit and the electrical control panel of the machine.
Site installation of hydraulic power units and accumulator racks for the operation of electro-hydraulic actuators installed on a natural gas pipeline. Our hydraulic equipment secure gas flow through the pipeline and consequently the Energy flow. The hydraulic power units are designed and operated with the maximum concern to ecosystem where they are installed.
For a company that designs and manufactures customized presses and complete lines for the hot forging of metals, we have created a hydraulic power unit with upper and lower extraction groups and monobloc for press auxiliaries. As requested by the customer, the pump unit is immersed to reduce overall dimensions and a porthole has been inserted for pump inspection.Furthermore, two structures welded laterally to the tank joined by pipes were created to be used as electrical cabinet supportsWe used REXROTH modular solenoid valves. As with every project, test certificates were finally provided for each element that makes up the control unit: painting, electrical part operation check, hydrostatic test, etc.

An essential component of modern hydraulic systems, hydraulic manifolds, also known as distributor blocks, are designed to direct and control the flow of fluid in a hydraulic system, ensuring it is properly regulated and distributed. From the Second World War to multidisciplinary applicationsHydraulic manifolds were first used during World War II when mass production demands required quick and effective solutions for hydraulic flow control. Over the years, hydraulic manifolds have been used in a wide variety of applications including the automotive, aerospace, agriculture, construction industries and many more. The power of high pressure flow managementHydraulic manifolds offer many technological advantages over other flow control solutions. One of the main advantages is their ability to handle high pressure fluid flows. This makes them ideal for applications where a large amount of force is required, such as construction equipment, tractors and trucks. In addition, hydraulic manifolds offer greater reliability than other flow control solutions, and because they are designed to be rugged and durable, they can operate reliably even in harsh environments such as dirt, dust or vibration. Versatility and customization for each application Hydraulic manifolds are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and configurations. However, most hydraulic manifolds consist of a solid block of metal that contains a system of channels, holes, and ports that allow fluid to enter and exit the system. As for the materials, the blocks are usually made of metal alloys, such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, aluminum, cast iron, etc. Hydraulic manifolds can be customized to meet the specific needs of each application. This means they can be designed to handle fluid flows at varying pressures and volumes, depending on the application. The design of hydraulic manifolds must allow for the possibility of replacing components in emergency situations. In addition, manifold components must be easily accessible for maintenance and repair.
