Hydroservice in co-operation with Petrolvalves, one of its key Client, presents at Valveworld Dusseldorf 2018 the “Valve Torque Monitoring System”. This device easily connected to the valve on-board instrumentation allows the data acquisition and transfer to a dedicated web platform to allow the remote condition monitoring of the valves.
The challenge: To design a hydraulic block that was as compact as possible, so that the cabinet intended to house it was of limited size, and to make 90 copies of it. Reducing the footprint also means reducing weight and costs. We succeeded by betting everything on three pillars: the passion for what we do, our experience and teamwork.
Need The customer required a reliable hydraulic system for a power generation diverter operating in extreme environmental conditions. What Hydroservice developed Hydroservice engineered the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems while optimizing the unit for safe transport. Result On-time installation and performance fully aligned with customer requirements.
Need The customer required compact, reliable HPUs for emergency shutdown valves in a strategic oil storage facility. What Hydroservice developed Hydroservice designed the HPU together with the end user, optimizing layout, maintainability and operational reliability. Result A solution ensuring reliable valve control and continuous operational verification.
Need The customer needed to operate multiple emergency shutdown valves while minimizing the number of hydraulic units installed. What Hydroservice developed Hydroservice designed and tested a single hydraulic power unit able to control the entire valve system. Result A ready-to-use solution fully compliant with project specifications and supported during commissioning.
Need The customer required two self-contained hydraulic units to ensure reliable valve operation in an underground crude oil storage facility. What Hydroservice developed Hydroservice designed stand-alone HPUs with dedicated energy storage and monitoring systems for maximum reliability. Result Guaranteed actuator operation under all conditions and enhanced system reliability.
