The solution designed by Hydroservice controla a movable arm, so that the suction cups are put in contact with the wall of the ship: the vacuum pump with which the machine is equipped sucks the air contained in the suction cup, effectively causing the ship to hook to the suction cups.

In this way, the ship is docked as if it had the classic ropes, with the difference that the movement of the ship once docked is much more limited. Furthermore, with this method the docking time is reduced up to 10 times.
