Valves and cartridges

The hydraulic systems are characterized by the presence of various valves with different functions and characteristics. Hydroservice can provide a wide range of valves, including: directional, proportional, solenoid valves, safety valves... Hydroservice can supply valves for different applications, including Oil & Gas, Off-shore/On-shore, Petrochemical, extreme environments and corrosive process fluids. Hydroservice also designs and manufactures a wide range of hydraulic components and valves made entirely of AISI 316L.

Hydraulic valves

Hydraulic valves

Hydraulic valves are the elements in charge of regulating the pressure, interrupting, passing, diverting the flow rate of the oil flow to move the various actuators according to the needs of the system.

Control valves

Control valves

They are valves capable of intercepting the oil flow and work with an open / closed - on / off logic. Among the most common are ball, butterfly, gate and needle valves.

Safety valves

Safety valves

These are typically pressure limiting valves. They serve to protect the pump and other components from excessive pressure in hydraulic systems and maintain constant pressure in the circuit. They are normally closed valves able to open when a predetermined pressure is reached and discharge the flow rate necessary to keep the circuit pressurized.

Directional valves

Directional valves

Hydraulic directional valves are usually also identified as switching valves. In fact, they are able to push the fluid passing through the valve from the source of the flow to one of the available sections. The distribution system can generally be seat or drawer.

Proportional valves

Proportional valves

This type of valve allows you to electronically control, with very high precision and remotely, a certain number of parameters, such as pressure, flow rate, oil level.
