Hydroservice panels are monobloc and modular hydraulic blocks, designed for the mounting of CETOP03, CETOP05, CETOP07 and CETOP08 valves – in customised configurations. Thanks to the ability to link blocks from the same series — ranging from compact GN06 sizes to high-flow GN25 sizes — it is possible to construct complex control circuits starting from individual components: base panels, intermediate modules, pressure and flow regulators, accumulator connections, shut-off and short-circuit plates, as well as conversion plates for different sizes. Manufactured from hydraulic cast iron or carbon steel with a phosphated finish, Hydroservice panels cover a pressure range up to 315–350 bar and flow rates up to 400 l/min, ensuring reliable hydraulic sealing and reduced assembly times compared to traditional piped circuits.
Design and implementation of two plants for the same line for the control of a continuous woodworking press, through which wood panels are produced for various sectors.
The challenge: To design a hydraulic block that was as compact as possible, so that the cabinet intended to house it was of limited size, and to make 90 copies of it. Reducing the footprint also means reducing weight and costs. We succeeded by betting everything on three pillars: the passion for what we do, our experience and teamwork.
The Castelbello hydroelectric power plant uses water from the Adige River and its tributaries to produce clean energy-our HPU is designed to support all of its operations.
The Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) developed by Hydroservice represents a prime example of advanced engineering and integrated solutions, designed to ensure high performance and reliability in industrial production lines. The project features cutting-edge technologies and a modular configuration that facilitates maintenance and accessibility.

Hydroservice supports its customers in developing hydraulic command and control systems already compliant with the essential health and safety requirements (RESS) of the New Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which replaces the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC as of 20 January 2027, ensuring that any hardware, software or system failures do not create hazardous situations for the operator.
CCF (Common Cause Failure) — Circuit robustness against a common cause of failure, calculated based on technology, architecture, application type and operating environment. MTTFd (Mean Time to Failure Dangerous) — Average lifespan of a component before a dangerous failure occurs; used to derive the dangerous failure rate (λd). B10d — Average number of cycles before a dangerous failure; requires defining the machine's operating cycle, running hours and frequency of use. DC (Diagnostic Coverage) — Diagnostic coverage that the control system performs on the components executing the safety function. At the end of the design process, Hydroservice issues the calculation report for the achieved Performance Level [PL], to be included in the machine's technical file to document compliance with the requirements of the Regulation.
The applicable harmonised standard is UNI EN ISO 13849-1:2023, which defines the design requirements for safety-related control and command circuits (SRP/CS). Drawing on its expertise in hydraulics and mechatronics and using certified software, Hydroservice selects architectures and components suitable for achieving the required safety function.Support covers the entire engineering phase: from the analysis of applicable product standards and the preparation of the risk assessment, through to the selection of certified components to achieve the Performance Level (PL) defined by the standard.
