Hydroservice sviluppa centraline idrauliche personalizzate per applicazioni industriali, energetiche, petrolchimiche, petrolifere e del gas, nonché per il settore offshore, supportando i clienti dalle esigenze tecniche fino alla messa in servizio e all'assistenza a lungo termine.
Un manifold idraulico è il cuore di un sistema oleodinamico: come un quadro elettrico, regola e distribuisce il flusso di fluido tra pompe, attuatori e componenti, consentendo all'operatore un controllo preciso sull'intera macchina. Hydroservice parte sempre dallo schema idraulico del cliente e, grazie a un'ampia libreria di modelli di componenti, è in grado di rispondere rapidamente sia alle richieste di preventivo che alle esigenze progettuali più complesse. Il software CAD/CAM integrato permette al team di ingegneri di trasferire il modello 3D direttamente nel sistema di produzione, riducendo al minimo gli interventi manuali e garantendo qualità costante su ogni pezzo.
Grazie a un corpo in bronzo, acciaio o leghe speciali con intagli longitudinali brevettati e a un principio di funzionamento idraulico che sfrutta la pressurizzazione del fluido, le nostre bussole raggiungono elevate forze di bloccaggio anche a basse pressioni, mantenendo ingombri minimi rispetto alle soluzioni tradizionali. Impiegate in mandrini di alesatura, tavole girevoli, teste di fresatura, torni e presse a iniezione, le bussole Hydroservice riducono al minimo vibrazioni e giochi meccanici, incrementando la precisione di lavorazione e la durata nel tempo. Ogni soluzione può essere dimensionata su misura, in base al diametro dell'albero, alla pressione disponibile e alle specifiche esigenze applicative del cliente.
Il Nitrogen Booster serve a caricare gli accumulatori — singolarmente o all'interno di un HPU — con azoto alla pressione di pre-carica corretta, trasferendo il gas dalla bombola all'accumulatore fino a una pressione minima di 20 bar nella bombola stessa. La pressione di pre-carica lato azoto degli accumulatori a sacca e a pistone va verificata periodicamente (indicativamente ogni 3-6 mesi) e, se necessario, riportata al valore richiesto. Queste operazioni di controllo e ricarica devono essere eseguite senza contropressione dal lato olio: per questo, prima di intervenire sull'accumulatore, occorre escludere e scaricare il lato olio tramite l'apposita valvola manuale di esclusione e decompressione. Il Nitrogen Booster si collega all'impianto elettrico e alla bombola di azoto tramite l'attacco "IN PB", e all'accumulatore da ricaricare tramite un tubo flessibile collegato all'attacco "OUT ACC". È disponibile anche nella versione con protezione antideflagrante (ATEX), per l'impiego in ambienti a rischio esplosione.
I dischi di bloccaggio Hydroservice sono la soluzione più semplice ed economica per bloccare organi mobili come slitte, traverse e carri, garantendo la massima affidabilità. Composti da un corpo in bronzo e una guarnizione in NBR uniti per vulcanizzazione, funzionano tramite pressurizzazione del fluido: il disco si solleva leggermente dalla sede e aderisce all'elemento da bloccare generando la forza di attrito necessaria al bloccaggio, senza parti in movimento e quindi senza usura.
La Centrale Mobile Hydroservice ha una capacità del serbatoio di 300 litri ed è dotata di indicatore visivo del livello olio, per un monitoraggio immediato delle condizioni del sistema. La filtrazione sul ritorno in vasca è a 10 micron, con indicatore visivo di intasamento del filtro, a garanzia della pulizia del circuito idraulico nel tempo. La centralina è inoltre predisposta per il montaggio di uno strumento di misura della contaminazione del fluido idraulico, utile per impostare una manutenzione preventiva tempestiva. I manicotti di ritorno in vasca sono privi di contropressione, per facilitare le operazioni di manutenzione, mentre la dotazione include un filtro per l'aria e un tappo di carico per il rabbocco dell'olio. La Centrale Mobile è pensata per l'uso con oli idraulici HLP e trova impiego nella movimentazione di attuatori e nel collaudo di servizi idraulici a pressione statica, in numerosi settori industriali. È montata su ruote, per uno spostamento e un posizionamento agevole in cantiere o in officina. Il design integra uno scambiatore di calore aria-olio nella lanterna del gruppo motopompa, per garantire un funzionamento ottimale anche in condizioni ambientali difficili. La centralina è infine predisposta per il montaggio di una resistenza elettrica di riscaldamento dell'olio, abbinata a una termoresistenza per la misurazione della temperatura, così da assicurare un controllo preciso del fluido idraulico. La Centrale Mobile Hydroservice è disponibile sia a noleggio, per esigenze temporanee, sia in versione realizzata su misura per la vendita diretta.
